A handmade 3 tier ruffled skirt with elasticated waistband and matching ruffled top. The tie can come open in the front for a looser style. Many colours are available upon request. Made from 100% cotton.
Sizing is easy-fit. S/M will fit up to approx size AU14. L/XL will fit up to approx size AU18-20.
